Mid-Level BD & Account Manager (Events & Media)

We're looking for a crypto-native business development and account management professional who’s ready to take ownership of revenue-driving opportunities across events, content sponsorships, and complex partnership activations.

The Role

You’ll help us grow and close deals across key verticals—including blockchain protocols, crypto-native brands, VCs, fintech, AI startups, and strategic partners. You’ll be deeply involved throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation and warm outreach to proposal creation, contract execution, and account growth.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with fluid responsibilities and big upside for performance.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the core team and support across the full funnel:

Top of Funnel

  • Identify new leads and build lists aligned to sponsor targets
  • Warm/cold outreach across email, Telegram, WhatsApp,X (Twitter), and email
  • Represent us at in-person and virtual events (if available)
  • Field and manage inbound requests from sponsors and partners

Mid Funnel

  • Lead prospect meetings, discovery calls, and ongoing partner communication
  • Collaborate on proposal creation, pitch materials, and strategic positioning
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot), update POGs, and contribute to sales forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams on partner deliverables and logistics

Bottom Funnel

  • Support contract creation and negotiation
  • Oversee or assist with contract execution, invoicing, and sponsor onboarding
  • Manage post-sale relationships and support renewals or upsells

Internal Collaboration

  • Participate in internal sales meetings and daily syncs
  • Share performance updates and ideas to improve processes
  • Help optimize outreach templates and tracking systems

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years experience in BD, partnerships, or account management roles
  • Proven background in crypto-native or Web3 ecosystems (MUST)
  • Existing network of relationships across crypto protocols, exchanges, DAOs, funds, and media buyers
  • Confident managing multiple sales conversations simultaneously
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal), highly organized, and outcome-driven
  • Bonus: Experience with media sales, event sponsorships, and strategic deal structuring
  • Extra Bonus: Experience developing, piloting, and selling new digital products/service

Compensation

  • Base: $55K–$70K depending on experience (can be part-time pro-rated or full-time)
  • Commission: 15–20% per deal, uncapped
  • Quarterly Accelerator: Earn 1.5x–2x commission for exceeding targets
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior revenue or partnerships role
