Our latest launch of Safenet sees the introduction of instant cross-chain transactions from a single unified balance. It serves as a transaction processor network that is reimagining the execution of on-chain payments and moving the world's GDP on-chain.

💻 About the role:

As a Network Partnerships Manager at Safe, you will have end-to-end ownership of our network engagement activities. Safe{Core} and Safe{Wallet} form a critical piece of infrastructure for all new and existing EVM networks, for which you will own the process from first contact to negotiation, roll out and subsequent account management to form a partnership with the network. This is a critical role in Safe’s strategy and ties into our long-term vision.

You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 90 people overall. This role is based in Berlin 🇩🇪 or Lisbon 🇪🇸, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, and other countries.

🗃️ What you will be doing:

• Identification of new relevant networks to position Safe in as well as inbound management.

  • Serve as the main touchpoint for all network relations.

  • Streamline discovery, prioritisation logic and execution of networks rollouts.

  • Proactively identify and engage new networks.

• Closing and extension of agreements with networks.

  • Communicate and refine Safe’s value proposition to networks.

• Account and Relationship Management with networks.

  • Creation of new initiatives in collaboration with networks.

  • Inclusion and sales of existing initiatives to span across more networks.

🎒 What you will bring:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Worked in BD / Enterprise Sales for 3+ years and in web3 for 2+ years.

• Highly familiar with the Ethereum Ecosystem, especially the L2 landscape ideally from work at one or more networks.

• High affinity towards highly technical concepts.

• Natural multitasker: Can handle many conversations in parallel and does not leave conversations unresolved, knows how to keep track of many conversations using a CRM system.

• Personal user of web3 technologies.

• Ability to align roadmaps with different internal stakeholders, including technical teams.

ESSENTIAL TRAITS

• Highly organised autonomous individual with exceptional attention to detail.

• Effective and concise communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels of personnel, both internal and external.

• Punctual attendance with an attentive attitude towards time management and deadlines.

• Comfortable handling clients with high expectations and taking responsibility for their updates.

• Able to confidently coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.
