Onsite and Community Moderators for Cryptocurrency Casino

Job Description: We are seeking proactive and responsible Onsite and Community Moderators to join our dynamic team at a cutting-edge cryptocurrency casino. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and engaging environment for our users both within the casino platform and across our community channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:   Onsite Moderation:

• Monitor chat rooms, forums, and in-game interactions to enforce community guidelines and prevent inappropriate behavior.
• Respond promptly to user queries, concerns, and reports, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to address user issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in managing disputes and conflicts that may arise among users, ensuring fair and respectful resolutions.

  Community Moderation:

• Oversee social media platforms, online forums, and other community spaces, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and rules.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere by engaging with users and promoting productive discussions.
• Identify and report any potential security risks, scams, or fraudulent activities within the community.
• Help create and implement community engagement strategies to encourage user participation and growth.

  Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the online gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone.
• Prior experience in moderation, customer support, or community management is a plus.
• Familiarity with the nuances of online communities and the ability to navigate sensitive topics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
