We are seeking an Operations and Marketing Manager who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and possesses a creative, problem-solving approach. Your comprehensive knowledge of Web3 will be instrumental in fostering and developing the relationships between Deri Protocol and our esteemed partners. You will be accountable for driving increased trading volume and ultimately positioning Deri Protocol as the go-to platform for derivative trading. The responsibilities associated with this role encompass a wide range of tasks, including cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships, networking, organizing successful promotional events, contributing to sales and business development initiatives, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing and events strategy.
- Be the primary point of contact for partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute success plans.
- Define, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and resolve traders’ requests and complaints.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven industry marketing and growth experience in Web3. Derivative trading experience will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and experience collaborating with it.
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and able to think creatively and strategically.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, consistently enhancing programs, and contributing new ideas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
