Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement processes to streamline existing operations and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across teams, enhance timely delivery on key initiatives
• Design, implement, coordinate and overall take ownership of Scroll’s OKR framework
• Coordinate and plan leadership meetings, board meetings, team all-hands and offsites
• Develop and track operational efficiency metrics and provide data-driven analysis, to inform senior executive team’s critical decision-making processes
• Undertake special assignments and strategic projects as requested by the senior executive team and co-founders
• This role is expected to coordinate and bridge gaps on cross-team processes and initiatives, interfacing BD/Partnerships, Product, Comms, DevRel, Engineering and working closely with People, Finance, Legal.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field
• At least 3-4 years of work experience in business management, operations or management consultancy. 
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment highly preferred
• Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, results-oriented, strong execution capability
• Prior experience and/or strong interest in blockchain technology and web3 is a distinct advantage
