Operations Specialist (Fan Token & Web3 Wallet)

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate existing fan token features and utilities to ensure increased adoption of crypto and awareness of fan token.
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive user growth funnel from acquisition, retention and conversions.
• Manage Web3 wallet Web 3, Defi and inscription products to formulate a business strategy.
• Cooperate with the business teams and analyze data results in order to generate insights and recommendations for product optimization. Drive effective plans and campaigns to increase market share and contribute to the team’s overall KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with the product team, measuring, reporting and analysing market trends and performance of campaign into actional data-driven recommendation to improve future performance.
• Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the organization, working collaboratively to continuously improve overall user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction, as well as introducing innovative solutions to provide an engaging and seamless journey for our customers.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operation management in the fintech or crypto sector. 
• A deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, especially defi and inscriptions.
• A good understanding and interest in sports partnerships and sponsorships.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is compulsory. 
• Good knowledge of Binance’s product suite.
• Strong business development acumen with operational background.
• Ability work independently with a good learning attitude and demonstrate strong initiative.
• Remote and start up experience is a plus.
