Paralegal LATAM

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal and administrative support on all litigation matters and to the team generally
• Answer small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal, on the basis of templates or with the supervision of the dedicated in house lawyer
• Answer data requests from third parties
• Assist with reporting and monitoring of litigations to internal stakeholders
• Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, recording them…)
• Extract data from our systems for fact finding in cases
• Assist in discovery and data production

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Law Bachelor's degree or an equivalent legal qualification required
• Strong attention to detail, a need for rigor and reliability
• Proactive and a self-starter. Must be able to handle stress, demonstrate a high tolerance for dynamism, and move with agility in a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
• Hands-on and capable of independently managing projects as necessary
• Fluency in English is required
