Persian Localization Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore innovative growth pathways: Conduct in-depth research on local Persian market trends, integrate user behaviors and cultural habits to propose innovative growth strategies and assist in their implementation, helping the product stand out in the local market.
• Optimize product localization experience: Participate in enhancing the user experience of Persian-language products, including optimizing product processes, activity design, visual presentation, and content. Conduct cultural sensitivity reviews to ensure the product aligns with local culture and improves user satisfaction.
• Conduct localization research: Assist in market research, product research, and user research. Analyze competitors' localization strategies, evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of leading local competitors, and provide data support for product optimization.
• Track local dynamics: Regularly report local industry hot topics, competitors' localization updates, and changes in cryptocurrency-related regulations. Monitor major events affecting the industry and provide timely insights for team decision-making.
• Assist mentors in task completion: Support superiors in other work related to localization operations in the Persian-speaking region to ensure the efficient progress of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Native proficiency in Persian, with English communication skills to facilitate effective cross-linguistic collaboration.
• Familiar with local culture and market environment, with basic understanding or strong interest in the Web3 and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Experience as a cryptocurrency trader, with preference given to those with contract trading experience; familiar with crypto related community.
• Possess innovative thinking and initiative, able to propose novel ideas in localization growth strategies, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Available to work 5 days a week to ensure efficient completion of work tasks.
