Program Manager, Grants

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the Grant applicants and their progress over time
• Design grant program, manage timelines and deliverables and determine funding needs
• Procure internal approval processes for grant applications
• Work collaboratively with Legal and Finance to create effective and efficient disbursement processes
• Partner with Communications team to promote Grants program 
• Attend crypto networking events to connect with developers and protocol teams

Requirements

• Strong passion for blockchain technology, strong preference for Terra enthusiast 
• 2 + years of proven experience in project management and ideally grant applications
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience 
• General understanding of DeFi
• Entrepreneurial instinct with a strong understanding of blockchain technologies
• Knowledge in Terra and its differences with other blockchains
• Mastery of time management skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility in work schedule to coordinate amongst global timezones
• Excellent intrapersonal skills to foster relationships with developers
