About AstrofittersÂ
Astrofittersis a creative merch agency working in collaboration with Protocol Labs. Our group specializes in thoughtful, sustainable and well made branded merchandise for emerging Web3 companies.Â
We’re searching for a motivated and highly organized Project Coordinator to help us drive sales, efficiency, and growth. Working closely alongside our production and operations team, you will assist with sourcing, shipping, tracking and other project related tasks. This is a collaborative role that allows you to be creative and think outside the box.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking project timelines
- Handling shipping and return orders
- Create sales orders
- Research partners, vendors, trends, subscriptions and other company trends
- Handle new and returned shop items
- Handle production of reorders
- Assist with admin team task
- Manage social media accounts
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or related field
- Self-started with strong organizational skills
- Productivity focused and quick problem solver
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with database management tools, preferably Notion
- Experience working with in a startup environment prefered
- Experience with social media platforms
- Highly collaborative and creative
