About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator to support client implementations, integrations, and new product launches in the crypto space. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn project management in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and customer success teams, helping organize projects, track progress, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders. If you’re curious about blockchain, love organizing work, and want to build skills in AI-powered project planning, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with gathering business requirements, mockups, and technical specifications from internal teams and clients.
- Help break down project needs into clear tasks and timelines.
- Track progress in Asana and keep documentation up-to-date.
- Support the creation of project plans and status updates.
- Help coordinate team meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with testing new features and ensuring successful product releases.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to keep everyone informed.
- Flag risks or delays early to keep projects on track.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Use AI tools to streamline task tracking and reporting.
- Apply AI to assist with project planning, timelines, and scheduling.
- Help generate and refine technical specifications using AI.
- Spot opportunities for automation that make teamwork faster and easier.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once.
- Eager to learn about blockchain, fintech, and AI tools.
- Clear and concise communicator.

- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools (preferred).
- Interest in crypto, fintech, or emerging tech.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).

- Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
