Project Manager - AI

Job Description:

• AI projects initiate and management.
• Discover opportunities within BAU.
• Identify technical requirements, and risk management.
• Develop proof of concept (On demand).
• Manage and track projects.
• End-to-End AI applications development.
• Develop workflow and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with the tech team on platform and model development.
• Support AI application operations and optimization.
• Designand implement evaluation method.
• Responsible for testing before release.
• Track indicators after release.

Qualification:

• Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
• Proven experience in AI related jobs or project management.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Passionate commitment to AI application development.
• Experience in building LLM workflow & prompt engineering.
• Programming skills: python [Entry level], SQL  [Mid. level].
• Clear understanding of the cloud service backend systems like EC2, Hive, Elastic search.
• Experience in LLM fine-tune, e.g. SFT, RLHF.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
