The Client

The company invented the automated market maker (AMM) in 2017 and the innovation has not stopped.

They are currently building a protocol allowing for automated flexible trading strategies. The key innovation is allowing users to use multiple bonding curves for a single token pair allowing for asymmetric trading. This asymmetric trading is novel in DeFi and allows for users to create more advanced strategies than on legacy AMMs.

To support the multi-chain expansion, we developed an open source arbitrage framework that we now want to scale up and continue to deploy across the EVM ecosystem.

The team is distributed around the world, having developers working remotely anywhere, with flexible hours.

You are:

●  An experienced Python developer with a background in system architecture, preferably within blockchain and DeFi projects.

●  Familiar with decentralized exchanges (DEXes) and arbitrage mechanisms, with a keen interest in blockchain technologies.

●  Skilled in communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, with experience in open-source project management.

●  B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent - an advantage

You will:

● Lead the re-architecture and development of the Fastlane Arbitrage Bot, focusing on performance, security, and user-centric design.

●  Collaborate with the community and team to define and execute the project roadmap, balancing innovation with user demand.

●  Actively manage the project's open-source repository, streamline contributions, and nurture a positive, engaging community.

●  Develop strategies to enhance the bot's market competitiveness, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and algorithms.

●  Educate and mentor team members and users, promoting best practices and fostering a deep understanding of the project and its impact on DeFi.
