Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a deep-rooted understanding of the Middle Eastern cryptocurrency ecosystem and a "plug-and-play" network of local industry contacts. Your primary mission is to scale our market presence by acquiring and managing high-value partnerships—including top-tier KOLs, institutional affiliates, and local trading communities—to aggressively drive user acquisition and trading volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Expansion: Proactively identify, recruit, and nurture strategic relationships with MENA-based Crypto KOLs, Arabic-speaking trading communities, regional media outlets, and high-traffic channels.
• Account Management: Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of KOLs, Affiliates, and IBs (Introducing Brokers), ensuring high retention, active trading, and brand loyalty.
• Regional Campaign Execution: Design and execute localized marketing initiatives, offline networking events, and trading competitions tailored to Middle Eastern market trends and cultural nuances.
• Performance Optimization: Rigorously track partnership performance data, optimizing for Conversion Rates (CVR) and ROI to meet monthly and quarterly growth targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Marketing and Operations teams to localize promotional materials and ensure product offerings resonate with the MENA audience.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven track record in BD, Sales, or Growth Marketing within the Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, or Fintech sectors, with a specific focus on the MENA market.
• Existing Resources (Essential): Must possess an active, "ready-to-go" network of regional traffic resources, including:
• MENA Crypto KOLs (Top influencers on X, Telegram, and YouTube).
• Regional Affiliates & IBs with established trading groups.
• Local Media & PR contacts (e.g., Bitcoin arabia, etc.).
