A great sales engineer combines communication and technical skills to understand our customers needs and help translate that into technical solutions.Our customers are the leading exchanges, custodians, and funds in the crypto space. They use our tools to help their customers earn staking rewards using our reliable infrastructure. Our tools enable the full lifecycle of activity, helping them stake, earn rewards, report on those rewards to those customers, and unstake when appropriate. You should have great communication skills and a can-do attitude to understand what our clients want to do and help them achieve their goals. You’ll also need strong technical skills. You’re responsible for keeping our external documentation (https://staked.gitbook.io/staked/) up to date, building reference implementations on our APIs, and helping customers customize those solutions to meet their needs. This individual will be face to face with Kraken’s largest clients, assisting them in onboarding and continuous staking on some of the newest tokens on the market. You will be on the frontlines of the Crypto frontier. Â
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency, including staking
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Customer facing technical solutions experience
- A demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions, ideally using REST APIs
- Programmatic reporting experience (SQL or other tool) is a plusÂ
