As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s market entry and revenue growth for poultry feed supplements, concentrates, and veterinary drugs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Develop and execute the "go-to-market" strategy to penetrate the Nigerian poultry industry.

• Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing nationwide sales force.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: A strong background in Agriculture Engineering and Animal Science with functional knowledge of poultry disease and nutrition.

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically within the animal feed and feed supplements sector.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to create new markets and scale a business from the ground up.

• Leadership: Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team is essential.

• Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills and the ability to represent the company professionally at all levels.
