A well-funded crypto infrastructure startup is looking for aĀ Senior EngineerĀ to join a compact, senior-level team working on a decentralized coordination layer for blockchain networks. The team focuses on enabling other builders to create flexible, secure solutions on top of a shared architecture. Backed by leading investors in the Web3 space, the project is already live and gaining traction.
What you'll do:
- Own and evolve backend systems that bridge off-chain logic with on-chain execution.
- Design, implement, and test features using Go.
- Collaborate closely with smart contract engineers, security experts, and external partners.
- Review and improve the existing codebase and contribute to new architectural decisions.
- Build and maintain scalable services and internal tooling.
- Help shape engineering processes in a fast-moving environment.
Tech Stack:
- Language:Ā Go (with Gin, goroutines, PostgreSQL driverĀ
pq) - Databases:Ā PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- DevOps:Ā Docker, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), basic Kubernetes
- Testing:Ā Go testing framework (experience with Jest or Mocha also welcome)
- Tools:Ā Git, Jira (or similar)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building backend services for blockchain-based systems.
- Familiarity with Rust or Node.js.
- Understanding of smart contract infrastructure or restaking primitives.

- 5+ years of backend development experience with Go.
- Blockchain experience
- Experience in high-load, production-grade systems.
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a distributed team.
- Security-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
- Location EU.
