Role
You are an independent self-starter eager to take ownership of major components of a growing codebase, who also enjoys working collaboratively in a remote team environment. As a senior front-end engineer, you will be a domain leader who will directly impact product direction while working closely with stakeholders and leaders from the business and marketing domains.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Engineering Lead to derive and plan technical requirements and specs of all front-end features
- Professionally engineer and assume ownership of front-end components and new features for Pineās website and dApp
- Ensure and improve code quality and best practices by composing documentations and conducting code reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in production web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Redux and CSS-in-JS
- Knowledgeable in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
- Strong understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous programming principles and best practices
- Strong Sense of UI and UX design
- Strong understanding of data structures and data parsing/cachingĀ from RESTful and blockchain APIs
- Ability to accurately translate mockups to code
Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of Ethereum and Solana blockchains and interaction with Web3 frameworks
- Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jest
- Experience with build pipelines and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with back-end development in Node.js
- Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and resource provisioning
- Proficiency in graphic design is a huge plus
- Experience with Figma
