Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our gaming titles, contributing to the evolution of the Immutable brand and the web3 gaming industry.With expertise in media buying, you will be responsible for crafting and executing effective media buying strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for key traffic KPIs through paid media channels, shaping the success of our game launches.
• Collaboration Mastery: Work closely with our media agency, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution of media plans aligned with our global strategy.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Utilise your strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to optimise campaign performance, leveraging short- and long-term measurement approaches.
• Reporting Excellence: Assist in developing insightful reports on media performance, applying learnings to improve the effectiveness of our campaigns continually.

We'd Love You To Bring 🤝

• Experience in Performance Marketing: Proven success in delivering results for past media campaigns, with a deep understanding of the planning process, user acquisition and full-funnel KPIs.
• Broader Growth Marketing Experience: Familiarity with ASO/SEO/SEM/CRM, providing additional insights into broader growth marketing areas.
• Analytical Prowess: Strong data and numerical skills, coupled with an ability to self-serve, ensuring well-organised and effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external agencies.
• Gaming empathy: An interest in gaming coupled with understanding of gaming culture and platforms like Twitch.
