Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the product team to fine-tune and optimize the experience of spot trading, contract trading, OTC trading, liquidity, hot and cold wallets and other businesses
2. Improve the design of functional modules of exchange products, increase the variety of exchange transactions, and increase the coupling between centralized exchanges and decentralized financial products
3. Supervise and manage the performance of product team personnel, reasonably allocate product human resources according to the functions of each module, and establish a management mechanism
4. Combine the characteristics of centralized exchanges and mainstream industry trends such as DEX, DEFI, NFT, DAO, etc. to increase the attractiveness of exchange users
5. Responsible for product design and delivery details, formulating test case standards and supervise test acceptance results
6. Plan the iterative content of the annual major version, and have his/her own unique opinions on the combination of DEX and CEX business and the ecological construction of exchanges
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in the exchange or blockchain industry, and at least 3 years of relevant experience with a master's degree
2. Have user and market thinking, and be able to carry out exchange products that meet user needs according to industry trends
3. Good communication awareness, have the ability to build product logic from 0-1, pay attention to details, and be responsible for results
4. Good ability to withstand pressure, able to understand relevant content in a short period of time, and able to quickly learn new knowledge in the industry
5. Led a product team of more than 10 people, and have experience in the group management of products by module and function
6. Mandarin and English bilingual communication ability, English can directly lead the ability of subordinates in different countries
