Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / Rust Developer

You will collaborate closely with our Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to drive innovation and ensure operational stability. This is a full-time remote position, location is indicated just for reference. We are open to candidates in European and APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Investigating performance issues thoroughly, and assisting in their long-term resolution
• Review architecture decisions and recommend process improvements
• Create and grow innovative, high-quality tools to address real operational challenges within our systems and processes
• Evaluate new technology options and vendor products. Ensure critical system security through the use of best in-class security solutions

Requirements

• A solid foundation with Rust, ideally with background in monitoring & supporting large scale production systems
• Deep understanding and prior experience in systems and network engineering
• Experience with large-scaled distributed environments running on AWS
• Good command of Linux environment
• Clear, logical communicator in English

Optional

• Familiar with tools such as Docker, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, etc
• Experience with using JavaScript on back-end (Node.js or Deno)
• Experience with using time series databases
• Contributed to open source projects
