is a leading cryptocurrency and blockchain news media platform with 2M+ traffic, 110k+ social following and in the industry since 2018, dedicated to providing accurate, engaging, and timely content to our readers. As the platform grows, they are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Growth Hacker to help expand reach and engagement across various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing innovative social media growth strategies to increase our audience, engagement, and revenue across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
2. Creating engaging, shareable, and buzzworthy content tailored to each platform, leveraging AI tools and technology where applicable to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, news, and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to ensure our content is timely and relevant.
4. Actively participating in and hosting Twitter Spaces and other live events to foster community engagement and drive brand awareness.
5. Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future campaigns.
6. Collaborating closely with our editorial and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
7. Identifying and leveraging cost-effective growth opportunities, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and viral content campaigns.
8. Building and managing a high-performing social media team as the need arises, with a focus on maximizing impact while remaining lean and agile.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in social media growth hacking, preferably within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
2. Exceptional creativity, communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
3. Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging technologies, with a strong desire to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
4. Experience using AI tools and other digital marketing technologies to optimize content creation, distribution, and engagement.
5. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to form and manage a high-performing team as needed.
7. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
