Social Media Manager 

We are looking for a talented, experienced and hands-on Social Media Manager to execute our digital marketing and content strategy on social media.

Responsibilities and Tasks: 

• Develop and roll out social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content on social platforms, including uploading content and creating live streams on Twitter
• Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics, ads, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.) as well as copy text on them including quality assurance
• Achieve high engagement and new follower and users rate based on KPIs
• Elevate social profiles of the founder and key members in the team.
• Develop strategy and implement plans to grow our communities on key channels and platforms (eg, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, etc.)
• Coordinate social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities (publishing, analytics, listening) on an operational level
• Measure the success of the channels and campaigns: Report on and analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)
• Monitor, listen and respond to users

Requirements:

• Experience in managing digital social media in cryptocurrency, or decentralised finance (DeFi).
• Native or advanced writing and communication skills in English and must have a thorough understanding of social media management.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency space and its community 
• Passionate and familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain and DeFi ecosystems
• 3+ years of social media management experience.
• Proven experience managing facebook, linkedIn and twitter. Proven ability to write effective tweets and posts on different channels.
• Ability to coordinate an editorial calendar with teams and work across teams to assure high-quality publishing
• Self-driven individual who takes responsibility for projects from their inception
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and google analytics.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• The ability to work with remote teams across time zones
