Social Media Manager for crypto startup

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to take the lead in managing and growing our presence across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), Discord, and LinkedIn.

This role is ideal for someone who not only lives and breathes social media, but also has a strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 space. You should be comfortable with the language, culture, and fast-paced nature of the industry, and know how to communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging way.

With over 60 active chapters across six continents, BEN supports grassroots innovation by equipping the next generation of blockchain leaders with the tools, resources, and networks they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically grow our social media presence on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.

- Create and schedule daily content, including threads, tweets, reels, and short-form videos using engaging text, hashtags, and formats tailored to each platform.

- Monitor industry trends, memes, and narratives within the Web3 space to keep our content timely and relevant.

- Analyze engagement data to optimize performance and inform future content.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand voice and strategic goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts across multiple platforms.

- Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 industry — terminology, trends, and community dynamics.

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to break down complex ideas for a broad audience.

- Ability to create or oversee the creation of short-form videos, reels, and visual content.

- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
