We are building a unified and user-friendly interface to help users successfully manage their portfolio in the ever-changing world of DeFi. We aim to be the gateway for all traders to effectively manage their DeFi risk across chains and are backed by some of the largest top global VCs.
We are looking for a tenacious go-getter to join us as our Strategy and Business Development Associate . The ideal candidate would thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments. They should be able to leverage on excellent interpersonal skills and astuteness to drive business development and champion customer success in the institutional digital assets analytics space. They will work closely with the founders and across all teams to tirelessly build and maintain trusted, dependable and enduring relationships with our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Identify, plan and engage in business development opportunities for customer acquisition, such as outreach initiatives, networking events and conferences.
Conduct research, market sizing and competitor analysis to support evaluation and prioritization of new business opportunities
Prepare and present business development materials such as fact sheets and reports, that are engaging and effective.
Conduct in-depth market research on competitors, potential customers, and the market environment to propose sales strategies.
Manage accounts and build strong relationships with institutional clients.
Proactively collect information and feedback to create value added solutions that will drive product improvements and overall positioning.
Collaborate with cross functional partners to create alignment on strategy and operations at the intersection of Business Development, and Product Management teams
Contribute to the execution and enhancement of the Company’s internal and external strategy
Skills and Requirements
Based in Singapore or open to relocating to Singapore.
Deep understanding of crypto and familiarity with digital assets institutions industry
1+Â years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial sector.
Embodies a ‘can-do’ spirit and thrives in high intensity, fast-paced environments.
Extremely strong presentation, communication and networking skills.
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and a passion for excellence.
Familiarity with traditional finance and institutional SaaS product and BD is a plus.
