Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled technical Systems Operations & Security Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the web development infrastructure is not only performant but also secure, compliant, and resilient to threats. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and operational leadership to drive the ongoing success of web-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, secure, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Manage Linux server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and monitor security protocols, including IAM, MFA, and encryption.
- Oversee incident response, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure tasks.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Datadog and Prometheus.
- Handle API integrations with third-party services to streamline workflows.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of API protocols and experience with third-party integrations.
- Experience in web application security (OWASP, encryption, IAM, MFA).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
- Solid understanding of incident response, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- 3+ years in technical operations or security, preferably in web development environments.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Preferable:
· Familiarity with YouTube CID cms.
· Experience in the music industry.
