VIP & Institutional Growth Marketing Associate (6 month contract)

We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including; individual traders, High-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. 

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the content marketing to increase brand awareness, drive leads, and upgrade VIP tiers
• Creating and developing interactive content initiatives such as newsletters and community operation posts
• Working on new user onboarding and growth product processes, including lifecycle strategy
• Assisting in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns
• Assisting in analyzing the VIP campaigns' performance by gathering data and providing a summary of key business results
• Staying on top of market trends and conducting desk research on competitive behaviors
• Working closely with growth marketing, Product Marketing, and PR across VIP growth related initiatives
• Collaborating with other BUs to run promotional growth campaigns
• Specific events, including VIP swag coordination 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field from a top-tier university
• 1-3 years of working experience in community management, product and user experience, client lifecycle, user growth or related fields
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and experience in community operations, including proficiency with social media tools (Telegram, X, etc.), organizing online events and campaigns, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with community members
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders 
• Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data
• Strong communication skills and is able to work with global team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure
• This is a fixed term contract role, you must be able to commit for at least 6 months. You must also be able to commit to working full time i.e 5 days per week
