  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant, supportive, and engaged community.
  • Manage daily operations on social platforms such as Discord, X, Telegram, etc., ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and development teams to create and distribute content relevant to our community's interests.
  • Monitor community feedback and trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Organize and host virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and workshops to engage the community and provide educational value.
  • Implement community growth hacks and initiatives to expand our community base across various platforms.
  • Manage and train a team of community moderators to assist in community management and engagement.
  • Develop and enforce community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in community management or social media management, preferably in the tech or Web 3 space.
  • Strong understanding of Web 3 technologies, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with community engagement tools and platforms such as Discord, X, Telegram, etc.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
