Job Description:
We're looking for a highly motivated and connected Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us grow our presence through meaningful collaborations in the Web3 space. Your role will focus on identifying, securing, and managing partnerships with key players — including projects, protocols, launchpads, exchanges, media, and influencer communities.
You should be well-versed in the crypto ecosystem, confident in outreach, and capable of leveraging both your existing network and strategic research to drive new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with our goals
- Build relationships with other Web3 projects, communities, and platforms
- Leverage your network to open doors with exchanges, VCs, and KOLs
- Proactively source, pitch, and close new partnership opportunities
- Represent the project in virtual and in-person events, calls, and AMAs
Ideal Candidate:
- Deep understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem
- Proven track record of BD or partnerships in the space
- Strong network across Web3 (exchanges, protocols, influencers, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to drive results independently
