Web3 Growth & Community Lead (DeFi, Early Stage)

Job Description

We are building Multyr, a multichain DeFi protocol focused on sustainable yield strategies and long-term capital efficiency.

We are preparing for a token pre-launch phase in the coming months, with the goal of building a high-quality community and reaching $100M TVL within the first year post-launch.

We are looking for a Web3-native Growth & Community Lead to take ownership of our early-stage growth, community, and partnership efforts.

This is not a typical social media role.

We are looking for someone who understands DeFi, can think in terms of funnels and conversion, and is comfortable interacting with both users and potential partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage Multyr’s presence on Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram
• Create high-quality content (threads, explainers, positioning)
• Design and execute a community → whitelist → pre-token funnel
• Engage directly with users and build a strong, aligned community
• Identify and reach out to potential partners (protocols, communities, KOLs)
• Support outreach to early investors, funds, and high-value users
• Gather feedback from the community and continuously improve messaging

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi (yield strategies, liquidity, protocols)
• Actively involved in Web3 ecosystems (Twitter, Discord, etc.)
• Experience in growth, community, or business development in crypto
• Excellent written English
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with token launches
• Existing network in Web3 (founders, KOLs, communities)
• Experience with growth funnels or conversion strategies
