Web3 Marketing Lead (APAC timezone, Remote)

With crypto and fiat rails integrated into one platform, crypto-native teams can have an organised and compliant financial back-office, including making payables, reconciling transactions and balances, and bookkeeping and accounting.In Q3 2022, HQ.xyz announced a $5M pre-seed round co-led by MassMutual Ventures, Crypto.com Capital, and Forge Ventures, with participation from other funds including Longhash Ventures, DWF Labs, January Capital, FEBE, FJ Labs, and Web3 operators such as the co-founders of Nansen & Etherscan.Marketing LeadThe Marketing Lead will help the team in road-mapping our marketing strategy, as well as driving the creation of relevant long-form and short-form content for our blog posts, social media, and marketing materials. A key objective of this role is to establish Headquarters as a thought leader in the industry and support inbound marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and edit engaging blog posts, social media, content, and marketing materials.
• Strategise and own the content plan and calendar across all mediums.
• Conduct research on industry-related topics to support content creation.
• Drive our SEO and performance marketing efforts.
• Assist in both long-form and short-form content generation, across internal mediums such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and our company website.
• Utilise SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on content initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Content or SEO/Performance Marketing. 
• Industry knowledge/experience in FinTech or Web3 industry is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Understanding of the blockchain, Web3, or FinOps industry is a bonus.

Working hours

• You should be able to follow hours according to a GMT+8 timezone to collaborate effectively with the core team in Singapore.
