Web3 Telegram Community Manager — CLOWN Token

$CLOWN is an upcoming crypto token preparing for launch, and we are looking for an experienced Web3 Telegram Community Manager to build and operate our official Telegram community.

This is not a basic moderation role. We are looking for someone who has previously managed real crypto/Web3 Telegram communities and can take ownership of both the technical setup and day-to-day community experience.

Initial responsibilities will include:

• Building and configuring the official $CLOWN Telegram prior to public launch

• Setting up anti-spam, anti-scam and moderation protections

• Configuring welcome messages, rules, pinned resources and automated commands

• Implementing a branded token buy bot or determining the best technical solution for our launch environment

• Establishing appropriate admin/moderator permissions and security practices

• Helping structure FAQs and community resources

• Actively moderating and engaging with the community during launch

• Answering basic community questions and escalating technical/project questions when appropriate

• Supporting community initiatives such as AMAs, polls, raids and announcements

• Helping identify and onboard additional moderators as the community grows

Experience working with crypto token launches, EVM-compatible chains, DEX integrations, Telegram automation or custom bot tooling is a strong advantage.

We care much more about proven Web3 community experience than traditional resumes. Applicants should be prepared to provide links to Telegram communities they have personally managed.

We are initially looking for someone to complete the Telegram setup, support the launch period and then potentially continue as our ongoing Community Manager if the relationship is a good fit.

Compensation can be structured hourly, as a fixed setup/launch package, or as an ongoing retainer. Payment will be made in USDC.

Important: The project will retain ownership of all Telegram groups, bots, credentials and administrative infrastructure. No access to treasury wallets, private keys or other financial credentials will ever be required.
