Our unique platform-as-as-service enables game developers to easily create and operate marketplaces where players can then buy, sell and trade “in-game assets” (e.g., skins, weapons and tools) with each other. By leveraging the Ethereum Blockchain, for the first time ever, players have true ownership and control over their in-game assets.

With US$15m raised in venture funding, and over US$6m in revenue from our genesis sale we are very well positioned to leverage our first-mover advantage globally and make ownership of in-game assets go mainstream.
Our first title, Gods Unchained, is already the number one blockchain game in terms of players, revenue and secondary asset trading. In fact, Gods Unchained has issued more in-game assets than all other blockchain games, put together.. More games are set to join the platform in 2020.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Create programs and experiences to celebrate meaningful moments in individuals lives, company achievements, important or interesting world holidays/events (and other ideas to regularly bring surprise and delight to our team).
- Produce and facilitate internal events including organising company-wide celebrations that ‘go viral’ while still reflecting our quirks and culture
- Curate a day-to-day social environment and agenda that fosters connection and belonging in the flow of work, despite busy schedules and demands
- Craft a best-in-class HQ office experience that draws employees to the office regularly and leads to stronger collaboration and performance
- Craft a best-in-class remote and distributed experience that ensures all Immutables have strong and consistent visibility and connection no matter where they are in the world
- Take ownership of office management including; facilities, mail, repairs, vendors including food and beverage program, supplies, and office equipment maintenance.
- Be the primary contact with building management and coordination of all office fitout changes, improvements, and maintenance
- Regular measurement and reporting on impact of culture initiatives (e.g., NPS, ROI, attendance, office utilisation)
We would love you to have:
- Prior workplace experience in vibe/workplace experience
- Experience and passion for/interest in creating and driving positive company culture initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and bar for quality and seamlessness of experience
- You've previously worked in a global company and have some incredible ideas on how to build unique and memorable experiences for our remote Immutables
- Experience with general office management, including facilities, vendor management, maintenance
- Incredible stakeholder management skills - especially with senior leaders
- Ability to build relationships across the business and people team that create champions and engagement in culture initiatives
- You're not afraid to wear various hats and comfortable working at both a strategic and tactical level
- You're excited by whitespace, autonomy, and lack of precedence. This role gives you the freedom to be creative, so bring your best self and grand ideas - we'd love for you to launch them with us!

- Mindset that nothing is too big, or too small - can do high level program design and then jump fully into the weeds to execute
- You love working in scale-ups, and thrive in an environment where sometimes you have to play outside your lane and lean into other areas with gusto
