Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the product team in daily operations, including process documentation, product tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage and update product documentation, including roadmaps, feature specs, and release notes.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights that support product decisions and strategy.
• Create regular reports to monitor key performance metrics, user feedback, and product health.
• Assist in preparing presentations and product performance updates for internal stakeholders.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize the product development lifecycle.
• Support the implementation of new tools, processes, and systems that enhance team collaboration and productivity.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing product launches, including communication and coordination with cross-functional teams such as marketing, support, and development.
• Ensure smooth rollout of new features by managing the tracking of release timelines and addressing any issues that arise.

• Act as a liaison between the product team and other internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of product updates and changes.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback, supporting the product team in making data-driven decisions to enhance the user experience.

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
• Assist in benchmarking Zoop’s product features against competitors and identifying areas of opportunity for differentiation.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in a tech or digital product environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management and productivity tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies and the creator economy is a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with product management or analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Understanding of agile development processes and experience working with software development teams.
• Basic understanding of blockchain, NFTs, or DeFi is a strong plus.
