In this role, you will report to and support Valour’s Acting Managing Director in a range of activities across product launches, trading, operations, and reporting. You will play a central role across departments and functions, supporting the Chief Investment Officer, Managing Director, Head of Product, and General Counsel. You will be responsible for helping bring products from inception to exchange listing, managing timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines. You will liaise daily with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, listing agents, infrastructure partners, and exchanges. About the role:GSR is looking for an experienced Trader to join our busy and dynamic OTC trading team on a full-time basis. This role has been created due to expansion and high volumes of trading. This role will be an integral part of the firm’s Trading and Business Development team and will work with other members of staff across the globe.<h3>The role responsibilities include:</h3><ul><ul><li>Execute trades across a broad spectrum of cryptocurrencies, including spot, derivatives and DeFi contracts, additionally help manage the central risk book, engaging in proactive hedging.</li><li>Quickly and accurately price and quote vanilla options and more complex exotic options and structured products.</li><li>Ensure correct booking of all trades and providing day-to-day trading operations and accounting support when needed.</li><li>Work directly with other quant traders and researchers to gain market knowledge and expertise.</li><li>Work with a variety of internal teams from sales, trading operations, legal, and management teams to support delivery of business development projects and pipeline.</li><li>Maintain a deep knowledge of GSR’s service offerings and client base.</li><li>Communicate closely with other teams on varying workflow initiatives and trades.</li><li>GSR retains the right to reasonably change your responsibilities based on location and regulatory requirements. </li></ul></ul><h3>Who we are looking for:</h3><ul><ul><li>You will  be a disciplined self-starter with a high degree of motivation, analytical rigour and attention to detail. OTC Trader - Cryptocurrency Trading - Zug

We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute on multiple international initiatives. You are a technical accountant expert and strive for operational excellence, standardized processes and the implementation of best practices.  
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Ensure the proper daily financial accounting as well as the timely month end closing and reporting process for our Swiss entities. This will include preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis.</li>
<li>Supervise banking and AP service providers and ensure efficient processing with high-data quality in respective payroll, AP, AR and banking subledgers</li>
<li>Oversee the procurement process and ensure effective operational controls</li>
<li>Perform internal controls and ensure up-to-date process documentation</li>
<li>Actively challenge and improve our global processes with a focus on automation</li>
<li>Prepare input into VAT and tax submissions</li>
<li>Continually identify improvements to make the accounting function more efficient</li>
<li>Be a team player and be willing to take on ad-hoc requests in an exciting environment</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Swiss Certified Specialist for Finance and Accounting or equivalent</li>
<li>Fluent in English and German to handle and apply accounting, financial, legal and tax relevant documentation, regulation, submissions and statements </li>
<li>Experience in system implementation and integration</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment.</li>
<li>Able to work independently and across different cultures and time zones</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, work ethic and ability to be a business partner with various parts of a small, but very quickly growing organization</li>

Financial Accountant

We’re looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to engage our swiftly growing developer community, gather constructive feedback, and keep our roadmap full of valuable projects to ensure that building DFINITY apps is fun and easy. The Developer Relations Engineer is a trusted resource, responsible for educating and engaging the growing Internet Computer developer community. This role is part of the Growth team, but works cross-functionally to help deliver developer-facing content and support developer programs. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a feedback loop with our developer community and partners, defining metrics and mechanisms for measuring developer experience, and promoting internal and external understanding of the Internet Computer.
Responsibilities:
As a Developer Relations Engineer, you’ll work to:

<li>Understand the goals of the community developers and help them navigate through their journey of building on the Internet Computer.</li>
<li>Become an oracle of technical guidance for our developers on our community forum or face-to-face in the Developer Partner and Developer Grants programs.</li>
<li>Aggregate feedback from the developer community and help align the internal organization to prioritize feature requests from the community and developer partners.</li>
<li>Constantly helping improve our developer-facing products by establishing and measuring key metrics and conducting user research.</li>
<li>Support adjacent teams, like marketing and legal, in the creation of developer-facing content and collateral.</li>
<li>Helping create demos and tutorials, contribute to technical documentation, and lead external training, meetups, and presentations.</li>

Background and Skills:
