About the role

We are seeking a skilled PMM with a strong background in blockchain technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the external voice of our product and responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive the success of our products in the market. They will collaborate cross-functionally with growth, sales, event, executive, and other teams to ensure our products meet market demands and achieve maximum impact. 

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

• Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and positioning for products that resonate with target audiences. Craft value propositions that differentiate our offerings in the market.

• Content Creation: Create engaging marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website content, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, training materials, and programs that enable them to effectively communicate product value and drive sales.

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key metrics and analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Continuously analyze performance data and optimize strategies for better results.

• Work in close collaboration with, and report directly to, the Head of Marketing.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in crypto. 

• A deep understanding of how to develop and write both short-form and long-form content 

• Meticulous project management skills with a keen ability to meet tight deadlines. 

• Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership from day one and a collaborative spirit. 

• Preferably located in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

• A deep passion for blockchain technology.
