Position: Business Development Associate
Employment Type: Full-time Business Development Associates to support business development. This position is remote and you will work with team members from five different continents.As a BD Associate, you will coordinate with various internal departments and external strategic partners to help meet BD targets. You will be responsible for conducting BD market research to identify new business opportunities, and executing BD strategies and pitches to drive the company's top-line growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial, self-starter, innovative mindset
- Skilled at time management, personal productivity, and remote work
- Proven experience as Business Development Associate, Business Development Representative, Business Development Coordinator, or a similar role
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to overcome objections and manage time effectively
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of Web3 ongoing market conditions and latest developments
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of and ability to leverage social media to market company products and services is essential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Crypto Industry is essential but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans
- Developing and implementing BD strategies, and analyzing data to inform or update BD strategies
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies
- Working closely with senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of company progress
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Documenting business development process and closing
- Creating proposals and presentation material
- Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Formulating strategies to increase partnerships and build the AdLunam ecosystem
- Evaluating partnership synergies and collaborations and providing customized solutions
- Providing demos to partners and generating leads to create a healthy funnel for future prospects
- Timely follow-up on product and service leads
- Providing support to the marketing team where applicable
- Identifying new business opportunities and partners
- Participating in industry conferences and events to network with potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
- Supporting the business development team in creating business models, project budgets, scope of work documents, and business plans
- Assisting executive leadership with contract development, negotiations, and due diligence performance
- Ensuring internal teams deliver projects with high satisfaction
