The Role:

Do you want to work with high-growth technology start-ups? Are you a multi-channel marketer who is driven to show the impact your efforts are having? Do you have that entrepreneurial spirit to build and execute exciting marketing programs? Then this job is for you.

We are seeking someone with 5 years of marketing experience to build and execute marketing programs that increase the awareness and presence of Mirana and its ecosystems. You will have broad responsibilities ranging from:

• PR, messaging and brand positioning work, and

• Planning and execution of events, social media, and website programs

• Community-building and content strategy

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Website

• Design and execute on Mirana’s’ multi-channel marketing programs, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice

• Manage communication assets for the firm, incl. the website, social media, and collateral.

• Support content marketing efforts, creating high-quality content and keeping Mirana’s channels up to date

Event Management

• Ideate, curate and/or execute events with new ideas, content and approaches to reach Mirana’s objectives.

• Manage vendors and logistics for hosted events

Community Engagement

• Develop PR campaigns, releases and media relations strategies

• Actively seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, media features and community-building opportunities

• Build and nurture relationships with Web3 startups, investors and ecosystem partners

• Act as a passionate advocate for Mirana within the Web3 community

Your Craft:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in PR, events, social media, and community building, preferably in a well-structured company dedicated to innovation

• Across the above areas, you will create valuable, measurable and repeatable marketing

  experiences that meet the needs of the firm’s ecosystem.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal), with keen

  attention to detail

• Proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership

  of projects

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within Mirana and our ecosystem partners

• Willingness to travel globally and an excitement for exploring new places and cultures

• Dedication to community building, with a curious and open-minded mindset

• Knowledge and passion of web3, protocol/layer-2 ecosystems, and blockchain technology
