Marketing Specialist, Content, Copywriting & Campaigns (Fully remote)

We’re looking for a creative Marketing Specialist that lives for crafting compelling narratives and persuasive copy.

As a key member of our marketing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, creating, and maintaining storytelling marketing campaigns across organic social media, email lists, and communities.
• Managing all email operations, ensuring our message is clear, concise, and resonates with our audience.
• Creating compelling copy and visuals that inform, entertain, and inspire action.
• Organizing engaging online events that foster connection and excitement among our players.
• Conducting A/B testing and optimization to continuously improve the effectiveness of our content and campaigns.
• Analyzing competitors and identifying new and potential markets to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Overseeing KPIs such as CLTV, ROI, Reach, Engagement, and Follower Growth to track the impact of our content and campaigns.
• Providing support for all marketing-related activities, collaborating with team members to achieve our shared goals.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Full professional proficiency in English
• Proven experience in social media and email campaign coordination
• Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
• A passion for creating high-quality content
• A keen eye for compelling copywriting and visuals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
• Excellent research, communication, and organizational abilities
• Experience working in the gambling, CS/gaming, or crypto industries

Bonus skills:

• Video editing skills for short-form content (e.g., reels and shorts)
• Background interacting with Web3 and gambling communities

How We Hire

We have a merit-based recruitment process because we want to hire the best people. So University degrees aren’t a requirement for any role, and we have no such thing as a diversity quota.

Your application will be considered holistically. For example, someone with a marketing degree applying for an influencer management role but no industry contacts would not be chosen over a high school dropout that has a deep network and a history of structuring great deals.

After submitting an initial application, here’s the usual process for shortlisted candidates:

3. Meet our COO for a final 20 min. chat
4. We perform 2-3 reference checks with past supervisors or managers
