Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer who is passionate about blockchain technology, DeFi and GameFi to help us communicate our vision and values through compelling motion graphics and animations. As a Senior Motion Designer at Entangle Labs, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging visual content that educates, informs, and inspires our community and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and developers to conceptualize and produce visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and videos that effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas related to decentralized finance.
- Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials, to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our DeFi and Web3 solutions.
- Develop motion graphics templates, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all communication channels and brand touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in motion design and animation, and leverage them to elevate the quality and impact of our visual content.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Passion for web3 and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is a plus.
