Magic Square is a multifaceted system that covers all the UX bases: The Magic Store guides users to discover the highest quality crypto apps with built-in integrated DeFi. Users sign in to all of their apps with one SSI-secured Magic Connect leading to their personalized Magic Spaces: where crypto-app experiences begin and end. Users and creators discuss and collaborate in a dedicated Magic Community space.
About the Role:
As the Social Media Manager for Magic Square, you will embody and amplify our brand voice across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Collaborating with the community team managing our Discord, Telegram, and Reddit channels, you will bridge the gap between the online and offline experiences of our audience. Your efforts will complement and synergize with our Growth, Marketing, Community and Design teams, ensuring a cohesive and engaging narrative for our followers.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Â
- Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Magic Square's business goals.Â
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across various platforms, ensuring it resonates with our target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the community, growth, marketing, and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice and messaging across channels.
- Respond to comments, messages, and other interactions on social media in a timely and meaningful manner.
- Monitor social media metrics, trends, and best practices to ensure optimal performance. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, KOLs, and other relevant entities.
- Oversee and update the social media content calendar, coordinating with various teams for timely content production and distribution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential content creation and promotional opportunities.
The ideal candidate -Â who you are and requirements:
- Aminimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in a Web3 or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Proficiency in producing creative content, including text, images, and videos.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Familiarity with web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience or familiarity with tools like Google Workspace applications (Google Docs and Sheets).
