<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage all digital marketing channels</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Measure daily, weekly and monthly ROI and KPIs, including forecast performance trends</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">In charge of performance marketing and run frequent A/B testing</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee and optimise all paid ads, including search, display and social</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an inbound marketing plan</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Find creative ways to grow and improve user retention and user acquisition</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor competitors and provide suggestions for improvement</span></li>

<p><strong>Required Candidate profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Academic background: Marketing or Statistics</li>
<li>Language: Indonesian, English</li>
<li>Age: 25-35 preferred</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">1-2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good knowledge of various different digital marketing channels and hands-on experience with online marketing tools and best practices</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company&rsquo;s success</span></li>
