Provide hands-on support: troubleshoot, fix, and build solutions alongside client teams. Collaborate with sales on technical proposals, demos, and RFP responses. Maintain and improve technical documentation and developer guides. Gather client feedback and translate insights into product and API improvements. Represent Dfns at conferences, workshops, and customer meetings. Requirements: 10+ years in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, enterprise integration.
