I graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2020 from Mahindra Ecole Centrale, Hyderabad, India. During the initial stages of the pandemic, when everyone was in lockdown, I started reading about Bitcoin, Blockchain, and cryptocurrencies and was fascinated with the ideas around decentralization, censorship resistance and immutability. Soon enough, I came to know about Ethereum and smart contracts. So, I decided that I wanted to be a part of this space and began working on my coding skills, learning web development and solidity.
Currently, I am working as a Blockchain Developer at Securo Finance, where I have contributed to front-end development using React and Redux, used Ethers.js to connect the front-end with smart contracts and used Dune Analytics to visualise the performance of Defi strategies. I have also started working on the backend using Nestjs, and integrated Slack, Telegram and Discord to send notifications.
Previously, I worked as Web3 Developer Intern at Dehidden, where I was involved in the development and deployment of NFT contracts (both ERC-721 and ERC-1155) on Polygon.
I am also working on a few personal projects. I have made "TokenSwap", which is similar to Uniswap, as it also uses the constant product function (XY = K) to help swap ERC20 tokens for Ether. Made a react App, that allows users to mint NFTs. Played around with flash loans as well. Recently, I was part of a team that won the "Top quality Prize" award worth 1000 USD at the Chainlink fall Hackathon 2021.
I am actively seeking roles as a blockchain developer to grow my skills and to be a part of this awesome community.

Hello!
Thank you for considering me for the role of Director of Marketing at LinkPool. I attached my "pre-web3 career" resume to show you my potential as I most recently was an award winning Executive Chef for a professional sports team with no formal culinary degree. I accomplished these goals with dedication and ambition and I have been pouring the same amount of both into blockchain for the past 3 years. In my role as a chef I was constantly doing live interviews, conferences, and blogs as part of my job (many examples available with Google search of my name). In fact, a large part of my responsibilities were public relations in all varieties of media and in-person guest services at the ballpark. My communication skills and proactive/self-starting work ethic will set me apart from others who will have more technical credentials. I should also point out that I am better on the grill and quite possibly a better butcher than Eric!
For blockchain experience: I am currently in my 2nd epoch as an elected council member of Thales Dao, one of the first protocols natively launched on Optimism in 2021. In this role, I have helped launch numerous projects in the Thales/Synthetix/OP ecosystems. I am also a daily active contributor in the Thales (Council) and SNX (the 300) discords. Having no prior programming experience, I am currently taking Patrick Collins' Smart Contract Course as I now look to pursue a web3 career full time. I am very versed in the defi ecosystem and feel I would bring valuable experience to LinkPool during this growth phase. In addition to being an active LPL staker, here are some of the other notable projects I am currently using or an active discord contributor:
AAVE
Lens Protocol (Decentralized social media network)
Arrakis Finance (OP based liquidity layer spun out of Gelato)
Velodrome (OP based LP and swaps)
Realm (Arbitrum based P2E NFT game - TreasureDao ecosystem)
Panini Direct (Sawtooth based NFT sports collectables)
Olympus Dao (Multichain bonds)
Exotic Markets (OP based positional markets with an oracle council - Launched by Thales)
Overtime Markets (OP based sports markets with Chainlink feeds - Launching by Thales soon!)
Gods Unchained (NFT turn based card game on ImmutableX)
ToppsNFTs (Avalanche based NFT sports collectables)
This is not an exhaustive list. I am a multichain/L2 daily user who is active in many communities!
As a side project, I am currently building out my culinary consulting company to include resources for small business and food trucks. These resources will not only set them up to accept crypto payments, but also fully capture the additional benefits that blockchains provide (ChefPrep.eth).
I wanted to provide you with my resume the best captures my past success but my real resume is on the chain:

While it’s true that I have a lot of experience working within the cryptocurrency space which has enabled me to vastly grow my knowledge in the field, I have been afforded with sharpening a particular subset of skills through my particular experience which I believe brings value proposition to the table for any venture, team, or institution to hire me and bring me along on their daily missions, aiming to change the world for better. The subset skills are not limited to but are majorly captured by the following things I excel greatly at:
-Blockchain/Market Research Analyst.
-Team leadership, outlining project scopes, seeing through to Deadlines.
-Managing daily operations in fast paced evolving environments.
-Team building
-Investing/Advisory
-Mentoring/Teaching/Facilitating
-Time management
-Positive attitude with attention to detail.
-Owning my mistakes regardless of how big or small.
-Articulable and creative writer on complex issues and topics.
-Forecasting persistently precise market outlooks on the evolving crypto space.
As a highly skilled market analyst and advisor/mentor in the cryptocurrency and NFT(web3) arenas, I have been performing market research for the better part of the last 6 years and applying it to my long-term investments within this space while teaching others my findings in the process. Because of these teachings and the following it has amassed, many in the twitter and online spaces know me as Bitjammin, or Bitjammin.ETH. Back in 2017 before the first semi-publicly noticed bitcoin run, I was dreaming of a world where individuals could act in a trustless, decentralized manner that could be looked at as a replacement; a sort of overhaul to the eroded system we have been left to pick up and rebuild upon. I dreamed that the mass adoption of bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, and the specific underpinnings of the space that solve such inherently fundamental problems such as the Oracle problem/Double spend problem for one example Chainlink helps tremendously solve this issue, and furthermore Blockchains in general solve.
I am 27 years old and have been deeply passionate about the cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technology space since early 2015. I loved it so much, that after multiple enrollments at top universities such as UTD in Dallas Texas, and St. Edwards University in Austin Texas, I decided to drop out fully to pursue this space full time without distraction. Being on the front lines of this fast-paced everchanging market and acting as a hands-on trader for not only myself but for external 3rd party client portfolio management, advisory, and oversight—I know firsthand how quickly this space adapts and what it truly takes to stay with the beat of it all as someone who is performing due diligence upon this eluding landscape. My first client Richard J. Rainaldi was able to benefit from my advisory in taking his portfolio from $250k to over $4.3Million USD at the all-time highs of the portfolio’s value. Majority of these investments were acquired in early 2018-to mid 2020 with dollar cost averaging performed throughout the lows and drawbacks of the markets. I do not manage client portfolio’s any longer as I have focused the placement of my time into diligently learning the technical side of this space in order to become a well-versed facilitator in this space. I have taught numerous pupils the subject matter of cryptocurrencies and have taught some, how to consistently trade for themselves as a living. The specific friend I am speaking about Faraz Soofi, was a high up engineer at Toyota with a degree from UTD and he eventually quit his job after falling in love with the Web3 and blockchain space.
It may be unhealthy but I have been so dedicated, hands on, and active in this space that I quite literally work 18 hours a day as I first and foremost know how crucial it is to be awake during the Asia market hours because of the global nature of these markets which never close. I not only have years (6 to be exact) of active hands on portfolio management and trading expertise, but furthermore I have been thriving within the P2E gaming/Web 3 arena. I first got into the NFT space back in 2018 when I was creator first before becoming a buyer/seller of the marketplaces and now I am over a quarter million deep into the NFT world and have amassed a nice collection of Non-fungibles over the years. I always think it’s imperative to dive head first into the ‘boring’ stuff because usually that is where the most important parts of true understanding lay. I started creating NFTs years ago for this purpose because I thought if this really takes off in the future, I will have the needed underlying knowledges of how these technologies work and why/how they came to be and what they represent now, and furthermore what they will evolve to represent in the future. NFTs to me, mean much more than simply ‘Art’ minted onto a blockchain which deems ownership to a connected address that represents the proof of said ownership. And besides the fact that the ETH token standard changes under NFTs from Erc-20 to Erc721 or Erc1155-- NFT’s I believe will branch off into much more utility driven forces such as fractionalizing ownership of many varying assets, across many domains including real estate as I have drafted a thesis on this topic a year+ ago for plans to pitch a model that incorporates fractionalizing ownership within the luxury condo market in order to free up locked liquidity within high sought after locations on the global map. I have personal connections to Gil Dezer (GIL DEZER. Dezer develops multi-million-dollar high-rise residential and condo-hotel properties. Net worth: 5.4 Billion USD) and plan to speak to him about this idea as I believe many developers will move to a structure that can facilitate such a paradigm-like shift in the way we think about accessing/unlocking/and utilizing liquidity in what we once thought was a locked pool(s) where only the primary or current owner/and banks/lenders benefit off ownership. This will in turn also help increase the velocity of money within these sectors. A decentralized ecosystem such as this also takes the middleman out of the traditional modeled equation and opens up the playing field for the common and average man or woman to join in the RE market(s) and deem pieces of ownership of prime RE property without needing the total market cost/ask for the entire appraised property value that we would normally see as an aggregated lump-summed listing price.
I attended and graduated under the 4th cohort of Pomp’s Crypto Academy course (Anthony Pompliano) last year in the early summer and I found it to be a great refresher on Bitcoin and its many purposes and game theorized reasons why it cannot and wont fail as many would try and stop it will eventually face the prisoner’s dilemma. I have a high energy and yearn for collaborating with all types of people and from all backgrounds to find solutions to problems that we own and take on as our own. I thrive in groups and contribute a powerful work ethic that emanates through one thing and one thing only in the end and that is the end results. I let the results of our team’s collaborate work speak for the hours of blood, sweat and tears that go into solving complexly intricate problems as a unitary group.
With my aforementioned high level of energy and enthusiasm--comes with the edge of being very malleable in nature to changes in project objectives and task-oriented aims in order to stay atop of whatever is being put onto my lap. I have learned to stay with the beat of the crypto markets and we all know how fast the tides and rhetoric can change with exogenous events and fiscal policy implementation over the last 6-9months from Fed rate hikes among many other factors and variables; and thus I have used these equipped tools in order to continue mastering at the best of my ability to be an asset to whatever team or client I am performing due diligence upon the market for.
I have a high confidence in what I know about global markets and specifically crypto currency markets and could arguably teach a university level course in cryptocurrency and the underlying multi-faceted technologies that enable its all-around runtime and mass adoption; The list of these topics include but certainly are not limited to: Cryptocurrency mining, hard wallet functionality, DAG’s vs Blockchains, Network Effects, Bottle-necks in the space, How to perform proper due diligence while staying in a news vacuum to void away unneeded and purposeful bias in the media, How to use bottlenecks to make antiquated and high conviction long term bets for new technologies represented as cryptocurrencies in the crypto-currency space/ peer-to-peer encryption- to the history of Blockchain and pre blockchain, the founders of DLT and the giants whom shoulders are stood upon by said founders, NFTS(both erc721 and erc1155 standards),Web3,Defi,Stable coins,P2E gaming, Fungible tokens;, Tokens vs Coins(Native tokens), Centralization vs Decentralization and how crucial the latter is for a fair (equitable) world. Long story short—I could keep the list ongoing but I rather not bore someone who likely already knows all of this too…and someone who I would kill to work alongside and with at Blockper! So, I ask that you see me as a passionate, highly dedicated and motivated individual who wishes to shares these passions with others who I personally believe would highly benefit from the Web3 and Cryptocurrency revolution taking place globally that we all are seeing. Many new people are just now waking up to this revolution and I eagerly want to be a facilitator and research analyst in this space to share what I have learned and gathered over the years as this is not only my full-time job and now my career, but it’s also my biggest passion and most important focus of time for my life. I eat, sleep, breathe and wake up to crypto and these subset markets that it has emanated from the endless-confines of its decentralized, transparent, trust-less, immutable, irrevocable, open-borders.
I can certainly say as a witness and hands on participant in the space since 2017 after studying the landscape for the prior two years from 2015-2017, that these technologies will in fact change the world and I have been a user/creator/and researcher of this industry for long enough now to foresee a future and even help build out a future where creators are empowered and users are equally and mutualistically incentivized to fight and strive for a better world for all, not just a few. That is what this is all about; empowering the human being and revoking power from the few hands that mitigate our financial and personal abundance for what it could be and with the likes of this new shift in the world, it can now become possible with people like you and people like me, together uniting to perpetuate greatness in a world that has been plagued by mediocracy. I know I would be a perfect fit to work alongside the Blockper team to help lead a brighter future that I have helped pioneer and see through and wish to continue doing so at the helm of the most powerfully influential company in the space and truly ask from the bottom of my heart that you consider me for this position and as an asset your already impeccable team at Blockper.
Dear Blockper,
I’ve known Ben Frohman since the beginning of high school back in 2009. I have had the opportunity to get to know Ben better more recently. I am glad that I did because he has taught me countless lessons. More specifically, I have spoken with him about the economy and different markets. There was one project we were working on where we would gather data about the real estate market to predict where the market would go in the future. Ben took leadership and conducted extensive research on this topic. We gathered enough data to make an educated guess on the real estate markets future and made bets which turned out to be correct on Ben’s thesis. Ben did this time and time again as he loves pursuing concurrent monetary and economic updates and ties them into his investment thesis’s by applying signals he sees based on contrarian views and viewing a market with a very refined lens that most others cannot/would not see otherwise.
Ben has always been a self-driven individual. He always wants to make something happen for himself and when he realizes a goal, he will do any and everything to reach it. He has the ability to decipher information in a contrarian way where no other individual would do so. This gives him the ability to get ahead of the curve and come to conclusions before others. An example of this could be Ben’s knowledge in the stock market and being able to beat other traders to a very beneficial trade. I see Ben as a very educated mentor who is willing to share his knowledge to benefit others. He is an excellent leader because he is able to drive other people’s interests and facilitate a whole group at the same time.
I am a first-hand witness of Ben’s progress since high school and I can confidently say that he is always looking to improve. Additionally, Ben does not give up easily. He is very persistent and will always accept a challenge. All in all, Ben is a perfect candidate for this Product team Manager role because he has a business mindset and is willing work diligently to reach a common goal or objective within a group.
Sincerely and with consideration of such,

I am one of the winners of the Chainlink Hackathon 2021 and I am actively involved in the decentralized ecosystem. I would like to continue to do so with you.
In January of 2018, the small equity portfolio I constructed in my retail account consistently outperformed the S&P 500 by at least 28% year over year as of January 4th, 2022. It's a decent return, but my capital would have performed better had I allocated more funds toward bitcoin and ether. However, I didn't know enough about cryptocurrency at the time, so any allocation toward the asset class would have been speculative, and speculation is not good trading and investing practice.
You see, I started investing in equities when I was nine years old. Of course, I didn't realize it at the time, but I suppose it was my father's way of showing me something he always preached, "It's not how much money you make. It's what you do with the money you make that counts." He also taught me never to make an investment or business decision without performing sound research and due diligence. These lessons have proved invaluable to me over my short lifetime.
Although I didn’t invest in crypto at the time, my business intuition and what little I did know about the industry indicated that eventually allocating at least 1% of your portfolio to cryptocurrency might end up being sound investment advice. Additionally, my assessment of traditional financial markets indicated that the value and return I was getting wouldn’t be sustainable over the next 5 years without progressively assuming more and more risk. So, I decided to start researching blockchain technology.
I started by picking up a short but informative read called The Business Blockchain by William Mougayar, and by speaking with people I knew that were already in the industry. One of them being a founding partner of a Blockchain Economics firm called Prysm Group, and the other a Principal at AWS for emergent technology who lived in Dubai at the time. Both have been my consummate supporters and have encouraged my research and further education in the industry. I can provide their names and contact information upon request as references.
Over the past thirteen years, I've spent the better part of my career in analytics and research within the financial services sector. Simply put, my job has consisted of wrangling, cleaning, and synthesizing messes of data from disparate sources and transforming them into information. This allowed the organizations I served to glean valuable or actionable insights that enabled more informed decision-making, drove efficiencies, preserved capital, or improved the bottom line. However, having graduated from undergrad during the height of the Great Recession, I learned early in my career that remaining competitive and becoming your best self required continuous learning, unlearning, and adaptation.
So, in January of 2021, while continuing to work, I enrolled in Georgetown University's Master of Science in Business Analytics program to pursue my calling and evolve as a researcher, analyst, and investor. Thus far, the program has substantially enhanced my quantitative and computational toolkit and has deepened my knowledge base in the practice of Data Science. For instance, in econometrics, I learned about the noble pursuit of Causal Inference, the importance of assessing the counterfactual, and how we may derive value from blending these theories of practice together with nifty new tricks like Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Sentiment analysis. Thus, the art of building a model and research design lives at the convergence of creativity, domain knowledge, math, and science.
What separates me from the rest of the pack is my resiliency, persistence, adaptability, thirst for information, and contrarian disposition that causes me to dig deep and assess every angle. We are, by all accounts living through a transformational period in history where innovative technologies will take us into a new age, and it'd be my greatest privilege to work alongside some of the greatest minds in our generation.
I'm currently seeking research and systematic and quantitative trading roles. I'm a quick learner and interested in all things blockchain and crypto-related, including but not limited to Derivatives, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs and DACs, Smart Contracts, and the Oracle problem that Chainlink leads the way in resolving, staking, dApps, Token models, and Governance.

## Thoughts on Blockchain
Blockchain technology is revolutionary. Some reasons I believe blockchains are important:
- blockchains decrease our reliance on trusted third parties (TTPs) which maintain databases that undergird society. Those TTPs are closed-source and anti-competitive, and worse still, provide points of influence or corruption for malicious (or well-intended but power-hungry) actors.
- blockchains provide natural scale for decentralized applications. They are the AWS for your developers; the miners/validators providing network security and scaling services in return for crypto
- blockchain's open-source and audit-ready nature can revolutionize corporate governance, human coordination, and reduce rent-seeking and agent-principal problems. If a slate of corporate managers want to make a decision on behalf of shareholders, why not make it a decentralized vote on Snapshot or Votium?
## Thoughts on DeFi Insurance
Insurance, alongside with banking, are of civilizational important. Recreating those financial primitives with decentralized technology are step function improvements to the traditional financial analogs, and given DeFi's composability, the implications and business opportunities defy forecasting.
Insurance, because of its clear business mandate and straightforward technical challenge of onboarding credit and risk scoring on-chain, will also almost certainly be the industry pioneering solutions to the general ["oracle problem,"](https://blog.chain.link/what-is-the-blockchain-oracle-problem/) bringing off-chain data on-chain in a robust and reliable manner. This will usher in the [next epoch of the decentralized era](https://blog.chain.link/44-ways-to-enhance-your-smart-contract-with-chainlink/), as blockchain-enabled applications achieve greater everyday use.
The future is coming, fast.
I have personally led projects from idea phase to raising hundreds of thousands of dollars. Additionally, I have been in the DeFi space for over 4 years and have recently managed a project from $0 in TVL to $220 million in TVL in a span of 2 months. I have tailored and created numerous partnerships, exploring high impact synergies with possible potentials across chains and sectors. Creating not only partnership proposals but comarketing proposals to reach maximum exposure, with the most memorable being a partnership with ChainLink.
