I have plenty of experience managing operations, teams, services, I report to the CEO right now in a small Software Development Firm in Costa Rica, 98% remotely (only going to the office only for client visits or events), I have also managed a regional team of incident managers remotely from Canada to Brazil for Hewlett Packard, I´m in charge of Customer Relationship Management in my current job for all US clientes and I´m involved from the initial sales call with leads to delivery.
