I believe I am a great fit for this position as I have prior experience and understanding of cryptocurrency since I tried trading for a short period of time and I genuinely feel as though cryptocurrency is an awesome idea. I also have plenty of experience with customer support as well as escalation handling so I'm great at remaining calm and courteous in difficult situations.
