Customer Support Specialist (Part Time)

I'm a great fit for this job because I've been exposed to customer service for all of my life. Growing up, I would spend my afternoons and weekends at my grandfather's variety store where members of the community with all sorts of personalities would frequently visit. I observed first hand what it meant to have good customer service. I, then, went on to participate in multiple programmes that further reinforced my ideas of what would ideally appeal to customers.
