I'm reaching out to you to express my interest and detail why I think I am uniquely qualified for this position.

Currently I am pursuing my Real-Estate License in Indiana, United States; With 50 hours of the 90 hour pre-course completed. My goal in pursuing this license was to educate myself on real-estate in such a way as to position myself for a career in the inevitable web3 real-estate tokenization field.
