I've been in consulting for my entire carreer, where you live and die by forging new partnerships with clients. Every new client I brought in was a matter of partnership sales, help them realize or express how much value they would gain from partnering with us. My average deal size was $500k - $3M in revenue for us, and we would always generate value for them at a 5X - 10X multiple or higher....
