Responsibilities: As the Chief Technology Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological vision and strategy of Dokdo UAB. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and managing our international software development team, consisting of designers, full-stack developers, and a DevOps engineer.
- Setting and executing the technology roadmap, aligning it with the overall business goals and the mission of contributing to the growth and development of the Solar Network.
- Ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and problem-solving.
- Overseeing project management, in close collaboration with the project manager, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Javascript, Typescript, C++, and React.
- General knowledge of databases and blockchain technology.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful software development teams.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and the mission of the company.
- Project management experience, ensuring software projects are delivered on time and within scope, with close collaboration with the project manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure management.
Remote Work: Dokdo UAB supports a remote work culture. Team members are located globally, and daily meetings are conducted using Google Meet. Besides Google Meet, communication, collaboration and workflow management is facilitated through Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Github and Telegram to keep the team aligned.
